T: Hi, Jon, what day is today?
     嗨！Jon, 今天是星期幾？

J: Today is Wednesday.
     今天是星期三。

T: Do you remember we are invited to a seminar tonight?
     你記得我們今晚被邀請參加一個座談會嗎？

J: Oh, yes, I'm not sure if I can make it.
     喔，對喔。我不能確定我是否能去。

T:Oh! come on! I expect you to come.Also, the president of Team      Corporation, Mr. Keith, will be the keynote speaker in the              seminar.
     別這樣！我期望你來。同時，Team 公司的總裁Keith先生將會是座談        會的主講人。

J: Team Corporation? Mr. Keith? I had worded in that company         for two years. I know what the seminar will be about already, so      I don’t think I will go.
      Team 公司？Keith先生？我曾經在那家公司工作了二年。
      我知道座談會將會是怎樣了，所以我不認為我會去。

T: Come on! Jon. It will be interesting. If I were you, I would go.
     You know Mr. Keith’s sister, Maggie, she is going to be there,      too.
      別這樣！Jon,它會很有趣的。假如我是你，我就會去。你知道嗎?       Keith先生的妹妹Maggie，她也會去那裡。

J: Is she? really? ... Oh! Do you hear that? Somebody is knocking      at the door?
    她會嗎?真的嗎? ... 喔！妳聽到沒？有人在門口敲門?

T: I don’t hear anything.
     我沒聽到任何聲音。

J: Just playing!
     開玩笑的啦！

T: Anyway! You want to come or not?
     你究竟要不要來？

J: Okay! Okay!
