從屬連接詞since 是「由於」的意思，p.335
相關連接詞neither … nor … 是「不行…也不行…」的意思，p.333
vote for the issue 投票贊成這個議題
vote against the issue 投票反對這個議題

文法上從屬副詞子句是主要子句的一個補充說明。
Since I can vote neither for nor against the issue, I will abstain.
由於我投票不能贊成也不能反對這個議題，我棄權好了
